FKOC operates two Outreach Offices; one located in Key West at the Neece Center for Homeless Recovery and one in the Upper Keys located at US 1 Mile Marker 94.

The Key West office, opened in 1994, provides information and referral, counselling and advocacy, as well as assistance with family reunion, personal care items, and food. The Key West Outreach Office seves as the entry point for many of FKOC's Emergency and Transitional Housing clients. Located at 2221 Patterson Avenue in Key West, Outreach services can also be reached by calling (305)293-0641 or toll free at 800-528-6595.

The Upper Keys Outreach Office was established in 2015 and offers prevention and intervention services for those living in the Upper Keys who are at risk of or are experiencing homelessness.The Upper Keys Outreach Office provides rental and utility assisstance, access to food, transportation, family reunification, and help with medical and dental related needs. Call our Upper Keys Outreach Office at (305)916-5454 or visit at 93911 Overseas Highway (Oceanside), Tavernier.
