Men's Program - FKOC provides homeless assistance for Monroe County, Florida residents. Four facilities; The William M. Neece Center for Homeless Recovery, Sunrise House, Sunshine Bunks at the transitional housing for menHouse and Sunrich House, offer case managed residential services for up to 70 homeless men.

Purpose: To offer a three-phase program to house homeless men up to two years and enable them to move from the streets to a sober, stable employment and residential situation. Clients must live peaceably in a group setting with other men who may or may not be dealing with issues of substance abuse or mental health.

Women's Program - FKOC Sunflower and Sunlight Houses serve women with children and homeless single women as referred by Samuel's House and The Domestic Abuse Shelter (DAS). These facilities offer case management services for up to 52 women and children.

Purpose: To offer homeless women and homeless women with their minor children a safe and substance-free environment where they can learn, practice, and assimilate the necessary life skills for educational or vocational training, maintain stable employment, raise their children, and sustain themselves in permanent housing.
